In addition to private end-of-life planning sessions, I also offer community education sessions. These sessions have a broader scope and a more informal conversation style. Information is power and I'm a firm believer that "you don't know what you don't know." As a community, we can share together in meaningful conversations and help each other with our own roadmap to empowerment.
